a. Fall season = Football, Soccer and Volleyball: August 15 - November 7
b. Winter season = Basketball and Volleyball: November 8 - March 20
C. Spring season = Soccer, Baseball, Softball and Track: March 21 - End of Year.
Tournament Warning
Over the past few years, we have had a very good relationship with the other Milwaukee Area Basketball league, Notre Dame /Don Bosco, and its member schools. We have supported their tournaments, and they have supported ours.
We are, however, experiencing problems with one of the schools in our neighboring league, St. Mary’s – Menomonee Falls. They did have games scheduled for this past Tuesday, the night of the big snowstorm. One of our member teams did not attend due to the weather, and because classes were cancelled at both schools. St. Mary’s Menomonee Falls did continue with their tournament, assessing our member team with a forfeit.
You may want to consider this in entering tournaments next year. I do want to emphasise that our problem is with this tournament and the way this storm cancellation was handled.
